Goblin Slayer, Episode 5 | SenpaiNEWS – Notice Me, Senpai!

In the fifth episode of Goblin Slayer, we find the Goblin Slayer tending to his defenses at the Cow Girl’s house. She asks if he’ll be going on more adventures with the people that he joined up with. He replies with a “yeah.”

Two porcelain-ranked adventures are trying to complete a giant rat quest. It’s unfortunately not going that well. To make matters worse, one of the adventurers loses his only sword during the fight.

The lizard priest, elf, and dwarf find the Goblin Slayer at town. They, bashfully, ask for more cheese ^.^

In the guild, the adventurer who lost his sword asks the witch for assistance – she gives him a mysterious purple candle to use against the giant rats.

Thanks to her valiant effort in defeating the goblin fortress, the priestess got promoted!

The porcelain-ranked adventurers also ask the Goblin Slayer for advice in retrieving the sword from the giant rats. The Goblin Slayer recommends a club ^.^

The guild hostess asks if the Goblin Slayer would do her a favor – stepping in as an observer for a promotion meeting.

The adventurer who is requesting a promotion is a conniving, money-hungry young man. The guild hostess sees through his lying statements and conjectures that he kept a treasure chest to himself instead of sharing the plunder with his clan during a quest.

Embarrassed and infuriated, the young man contemplates attacking and killing the guild hostess in order to reclaim his dignity. But, thankfully, the Goblin Slayer’s presence quickly snaps him back to reality.

We find our porcelain-ranked adventures back in the sewers, hoping to reclaim their lost sword from the giant rats. Equipped with a club and the witch’s purple candle, they are ready.

Game time!

After the young man’s failed promotion meeting, the guild hostess exhales a sigh of relief. Her assistant friendly asks if she likes the Goblin Slayer ^.^

The guild celebrates the porcelain-ranked adventurers successfully retrieving their sword from the giant rats!

Goblin Slayer receives a mysterious letter asking him to defeat goblins. Who sent this quest?

Goblin Slayer, Episode 4 | SenpaiNEWS – Notice Me, Senpai!

The fourth episode of Goblin Slayer begins with the group quickly finishing off the goblin guards at the entrance of the fortress. Goblin Slayer begins wiping the goblin blood on his amor to mask his scent. The elf is immediately repulsed; the priestess replies that you get used to it…

Inside the fortress, the group are met with two alleyways. Although they all agree that left is where the goblins are, the go right first.

Goblin Slayer knew that at least one goblin would be in the other room. A Goblin Slayer must slay all goblins.

The group winds its way through the cavernous fortress, searching for the main hideout.

They found them! The goblins! The fight starts now.

The dwarf and priestess casts spells to put the goblins under a deep sleep, making their task so much easier.

When it seems like all of the goblins have been finished off, something unexpected happens.

An ogre appears! The leader of the goblins!

The ogre throws a fierce fireball, which our heroes can barely defend.

Unfortunately, the Goblin Slayer takes a heavy blow, and is thrown into a pillar. Collapsed, the Goblin Slayer can barely move. Thankfully, the priestess gives him a potion that restores his strength and stamina.

The Goblin Slayer asks the priestess to hand him his bag of scrolls.

The scroll is a transportation spell! And Goblin Slayer uses it to transport heavily pressured water against the ogre!

The Goblin Slayer finishes off the ogre, once toppled from the water.

Our heroes are victorious ^.^ The elf squad arrives and takes our group back home.

Along the way they talk about having more of the Goblin Slayer’s cheese.

Back home.

Goblin Slayer, Episode 3 | SenpaiNEWS – Notice Me, Senpai!

At the end of the 2nd episode of Goblin Slayer, a mysterious group was asking around town if the rumored Goblin Slayer was true. Now, at the start of episode 3, we see who this group is.

A high elf archer, a dwarf shaman, and a lizard priest. They’re looking for Orcbolg (Goblin Slayer).

While Goblin Slayer meets with the group on the second floor of the guild, the priestess stays behind. The witch talks with her about Goblin Slayer. He had asked her a favor before?

Due to the Goblin Slayer’s one-track mind, the discussion does not go as smoothly as the elf would have hoped. But, in the end, as their quest dealt with goblins, Goblin Slayer agreed to join their clan for their mission.

Upon returning to the guild’s lobby, the priestess is really upset with the Goblin Slayer for not asking her how she felt about the new quest. Goblin Slayer tries to mend her hurt feeling in a goblin slayer way. The priestess affirms that she will be coming with the Goblin Slayer on his adventure ^.^

The night before the group reaches their destination. A fireside chat under the night sky.

The adventurers share their drinks and food with each other. The lizard priest is especially intrigued by Goblin Slayer’s yellow delectable (cheese ^.^)

The elf notices that there are scrolls in Goblin Slayer’s pouch. What powers do they behold?

Goblin Slayer tells a story of how he believes goblins originate from the green earth, and are created when humans are envious and act like goblins.

The Cow Girl waits for Goblin Slayer…

The day of battle has arrived. It’s time to take down the goblin fortress.

Goblin Slayer, Episode 2 | SenpaiNEWS – Notice Me, Senpai!

In the 2nd episode of Goblin Slayer, we see a flashback of earlier times, when Goblin Slayer was just a boy. His childhood friend was a girl known as Cow Girl (according to the series ^.^)

And while the two fought with each other every so often, they grew up really close.

But due to a traumatic goblin attack, Goblin Slayer lost his affection, and replaced it with only one desire – to kill goblins.

Goblin Slayer is living with Cow Girl and her uncle for the time being. Each day, Goblin Slayer checks on all of the defensive measures he has placed around the farm (to prevent unforeseen goblin attacks).

The uncle reminds Cow Girl that he’s a different person from the boy who grew up with her. Her heart stays true, and promises to wait for him to come back to his normal self.

Goblin Slayer is not fully respected for his ambitions. Goblin slayers are, in most eyes, viewed as the least significant and meaningful quest to pursue, especially as the Demon Lord and his army ravages the land. Yet, despite distasteful stares and glances, he remains true to his calling.

Although numerous adventures crowd around the board of quests, the goblin quests remain untouched.

A Goblin Slayer slays goblins.

As the Goblin Slayer pursues his quests, he often does not come home for several days. The Cow Girl worries for him, but knows he’ll come back home.

Goblins ransacked the hometown of Goblin Slayer, and they, regrettably, killed his sister in front of him. This memory fuels Goblin Slayer’s hatred.

The attack against the goblin fortress commences! The priestess supports him with her miracles.

The two are victorious! The guild hostess reminds Goblin Slayer that he should be proud of who he is. He is a silver-ranked adventurer, one of the highest rankings.

The Cow Girl was right. Goblin Slayer did return ^.^

At the end of the eleventh episode, we see a musician singing a folk lore about a strong, brave adventurer who only kills goblins.

A mysterious group ask the singer if this person is real. He is. But who are they?

Goblin Slayer, Episode 1 | SenpaiNEWS – Notice Me, Senpai!

At the start of the first episode of Goblin Slayer, we are met with a very dark and unknown scene – a young girl who is incredibly frightened.

After this terrifying opening, we are acquainted with a magical and mythical town. The townsmen and travelers are busying through their day and endeavors.

The door to the town’s guild is opened, and we meet one of our main characters – the priestess.

The priestess receives her official ID badge – she is now an adventure ^.^ albeit the lowest rank.

And, as fate has it, a group of the lowest-rank adventures (porcelain) invites her to join its clan.

The priestess and her clan accepts a quest to defeat a group of goblins who had kidnapped a group of girls. Sounds easy, right? They’re only JUST goblins, right?

Out of nowhere, a group of goblins appears. The clan heroically fights them off, and they win! Their quest is going smoothly, they’re gaining confidence.

Unfortunately, a large wave of goblins approaches. Our clan is overpowered. They try to fight them off, but there’s too many and their equipment and experience are no match for their foe’s.

Priestess, get of there before it’s too late!

Thankfully, a hero arrives from. A man clothed in armor approaches; he has an aire of confidence, determination, and vengeance.

Goblin Slayer.

The Goblin Slayer heals the priestess and races towards the goblins.

Without holding anything back, the Goblin Slayer tracks down every last goblin.

The battle is finished.

The next day, the priestess arrives back at the guild to report her recent quest.

She is an adventurer now.

The priestess teams up with Goblin Slayer in a clan together ^.^

This is the start of Goblin Slayer, Season 1!

Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai, Episode 11 | SenpaiNEWS – Notice Me, Senpai!

In the 11th episode of Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai, Mai and her producers held a press conference to discuss the media’s recent discovery of her relationship with Sakuta. Thankfully, everyone is okay with the situation, and Mai asks the press not to invade Sakuta’s privacy.

Sakuta is really happy, and tells Mai that he loves her ^.^

At school the next day, Sakuta finds a letter written from Shoko, but it’s not the young Shoko who has been visiting her cat at Sakuta’s residence – it’s the older Shoko, Sakuta’s first crush.

She asks to meet at the beach.

Sakuta asks Futaba about Shoko.

Realizing that Sakuta hadn’t talked to Mai about it yet, Futaba secretly texted her to come.

Mai came quickly. Thankfully, she’s okay with Sakuta visiting his first crush.

While leaving school, a young girl stops Sakuta. It turns out that she is a past friend of Kaede. She asks to see her, but due to Kaede’s health issues, Sakuta declines.

Shoko doesn’t show up at the beach. Strange?

Sakuta leaves a message in case Shoko returns. “I have a girlfriend now.”

Kaede shows Sakuta a notebook of goals – goals all revolving around leaving the house.

The first goal that Kaede tries to accomplish is answering the phone. It is hard for her 😦

Although Kaede accomplishes a goal, it comes at a cost.

Mai encourages Kaede by bringing over a lot of cute outfits that she had previously worn for commercial shoots. ^.^

Kaede is ready. She’s ready to step outside.

Kaede is really scared to step outside, she’s worried, she’s clinging to Sakuta, and at the last minute, she yells that she can’t do it!

But she’s already outside when she opens her eyes ^.^

Kaede builds up her stamina, slowly walking further away each day.

Kaede, Sakuta, Mai, and Mai’s little sister visit the beach to celebrate Kaede accomplishing her goals.

But, suddenly, Kaede’s old school friend shows up. She talks to Kaede, but Kaede doesn’t remember her…

Kaede has lost all of her memories. Puberty Syndrome.

A Sister’s All You Need, Episode 12 | SenpaiNEWS – Notice Me, Senpai!

Episode 12 is the last episode of A Sister’s All You Need. The 12th episode begins with Itsuki dreaming of his early childhood, around the time that his mother passed away. While his father was out working, a housing keeping lady tended to Itsuki and their house.

Learning to live this new mother-less life was hard at first for Itsuki.

Realizing this, the housing keeping lady sent over a special gift to Itsuki’s house, although she would deny it.

Her daughter, Ayane!

And from that day forward, Itsuki’s life became much brighter and happier as the two would spend time together each week.

One day, though, Ayane arrived really sad. She told Itsuki that after asking a younger guy out, who has all of the same qualities as Itsuki, he rejected her.

Itsuki, with his heart full, told Ayane that he liked her. But because Ayane could only see Itsuki as a younger brother, she ultimately rejected Itsuki’s proposal, causing Itsuki to scream out that he doesn’t need an older sister, only a little sister.

Without Ayane, Itsuki’s life became very bleak again. Days went by, but nothing sparked his heart.

But one day, Itsuki read an advertisement for a novel competition. And after being inspired by his little sister novels, Itsuki set off to create his own story.

Itsuki will be the protagonist in his life (and stories) again!

Itsuki wakes up, and seeing Nayuta, tells her that he was dreaming of his ex… ^.^

Itsuki and his friends celebrate together all of their recent achievements.

And, as with every good novelist party, the five play a game together!

The game was about a novelists journey, and it was oh so realistic of the up and downs…heehee

Kenjiro leaves the group first to head back to his office to do a little more work.

Miyako races off to him and asks if he could teach her more about editing. And Kenjiro offers a job to her! Miyako has found her calling that she’s been searching for!

We see more of the previous phone call between Itsuki and Kenjiro when Itsuki received his monumental anime news.

It turns out that Itsuki received this opportunity because a previous anime fell through. Did Nayuta have something to do with it?

Regardless of the reason, Itsuki knows that he has only one option: to step forward and reach his goals.

And with a longing for a little sister, Itsuki stays determined.

A Sister’s All You Need, Episode 11 | SenpaiNEWS – Notice Me, Senpai!

The 11th episode of A Sister’s All You Need is the second-to-last episode in this amazing anime series!

Miyako visits Itsuki’s apartment, and finds a very sleep-deprived Itsuki standing at the door. With his last bit of energy, he asks Miyako to drop off his manuscript with his agent.

As a man with ever demanding deadlines as well, Kenjiro is just as fatigued as Itsuki.

When Miyako arrives to Kenjiro’s office, she meets Nayuta’s agent, who is also having troubling contacting her novelist. Miyako offers to meet Nayuta on her behalf to remind her of her encroaching deadlines.

Could this be a possible career for Miyako?

To celebrate all of the friends’ achievements, the five have a party at Itsuki’s apartment!

And, as with every good novelist party, they play a fun game together.

Once Upon a Time was a fun and tiring game!

Chihiro and Miyako leave to make the last train, but Nayuta is too tired to leave, so she falls asleep in Itsuki’s bed.

With Nayuta asleep, Itsuki and Haruto have some time to talk privately.

Haruto pressures Itsuki.

Itsuki does like Nayuta. He tells Haruto that he wants to marry her some day, but…

If Itsuki marries Nayuta, he’ll just be some “rando” in the same field as her. Due to her popularity, Itsuki’s own novelist achievements would be overshadowed.

Itsuki wants to achieve his dreams first. He wants to be a novelist as equal or better than Nayuta before he tells her that he likes her.

Haruto asks what it would look like to be at that “level.” Itsuki replies that getting an anime would be a good first step. And, as we have seen, getting an anime made is very difficult to be done.

And during this whole time, Nayuta has been awake and listening. Nayuta hears that Itsuki loves her.

After everyone leaves for the night, Itsuki relaxes by reading one of Nayuta’s books. And, to his surprise, he receives a very late call from his agent.

Kenjiro has amazing news for Itsuki, news that once seemed so far away. But now, he’s made the leap needed to reach his own dreams.

Itsuki’s novel will be made into an anime! ^.^

A Sister’s All You Need, Episode 10 | SenpaiNEWS – Notice Me, Senpai!

The 10th episode of A Sister’s All You Need starts off quite sad. We flashback to a younger Itsuki facing his deceased mom.

Itsuki’s father quickly remarried afterwards, which disgruntled Itsuki even more, leaving him with a bitter taste towards his new family.

Thankfully, Itsuki’s relationship with his step-“brother” strengthened over time.

Chihiro is starting a new part-time job with Ashley, Itsuki and Haruto’s accountant!

Chihiro’s task: clean Ashley’s really dirty office.

After an efficient yet laborious cleaning, Chihiro cools off with a quick bath. Unfortunately, Ashley walks in and something unexpected happens – we find out that Chihiro is a girl!

Ever since Itsuki first thought Chihiro was a younger brother, she has continued to act as one whenever she is near him.

Itsuki’s dream came true, he does have a little sister after all!! ^.^

Kenjiro reads Itsuki’s latest novel idea…a classic Itsuki story.

Itsuki realizes that he needs to do more research for his animal-focused story, so he and Nayuta set off to the zoo.

Realizing that he needs more information, Itsuki also goes to the aquarium, this time joined by Chihiro.

Along the way, Itsuki remembers how he tried his best to avoid his new family.

Itsuki gave Chihiro a ride home to their parents house. As Chihiro exits the car, their father appears.

A very tense moment ensues. Their father thanks Itsuki for mailing a gift. Itsuki affirms. Itsuki asks the taxi to keep driving.

At the end of the episode, Haruto watches his anime’s final episode. At, just like before, the ratings and reviews are anything but rave.

But thankfully his sister is there to (discreetly) comfort and encourage him. Haruto stays determined and promises to do better next time! ^.^

A Sister’s All You Need, Episode 9 | SenpaiNEWS – Notice Me, Senpai!

Itsuki is one step closer to realizing his manga dreams in episode 9 of A Sister’s All You Need! Itsuki meets with Kenjiro to see the first iteration of his manga’s illustrations.

They look great, until…

Oh no! The manga looks different that Itsuki’s novel. The illustrator has…clothed the little sisters in the intimate scenes. They’re still wearing underwear!!

Kaiko Mikuniyama is, in fact, an underwear aficionado.

Kaiko and Itsuki passionately fight in front of their agents regarding the depiction of Itsuki’s novel. Both sides don’t budge.

Just then, Setsuna knocks on Itsuki’s door and, after hearing about the current predicament, demands that he be the illustrator for Itsuki’s novel.

It’s settled. Setsuna and Kaiko will have a drawing duel to determine who is the illustrator. Let’s battle!

Kaiko dons a pair of panties when she draws, which were cleverly disguised as a hair ribbon.

After a great fight from both sides, it’s decided, Kaiko will continue as the illustrator. Setsuna’s art work was wonderful, but Kaiko’s felt more like a complete manga, whereas Setsuna’s work felt more like a drawing.

After witnessing such beautifully drawn underwear, Itsuki now becomes infatuated with underwear as well. This does not bode well with Nayuta ^.^

At the end of the episode, the next iteration of the manga has arrived. And looking it over, Itsuki couldn’t be more ecstatic! It’s perfect in every way!
